PROJECT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

(Double Diploma of Management and Project Management)

Our 'Project Leadership' program is a combination of the Diploma of

Management (BSB51107) and the Diploma of Project Management (BSB51407).

This program is designed to equip and qualify participants with the essential skills to manage their projects, understand themselves and others, and to step up and lead their teams.

Delivering the program as a combined qualification recognises that delivering the two programs

together offers efficiency in delivery and a holistic approach to many of the topics.

The training is delivered through 12 x 1 day workshops over a 12 month period

(one Monday per month from January to December 2012).

Total investment for the qualification is $5,200 (price includes 12 x 1 day training, course notes,

all assessments, one-on-one mentoring, text book, templates, access to an online forum,

tea & lunch during training and qualification parchments).

The program is jointly facilitated by Henrietta Child and Audrey Thomas.

Eligible participants receive a government subsidy of $4,000 for the Diploma of Management

qualification.

Upon approval, funding of $4,000 ($1,500 within 3 months + $2,500 at course completion)

will be reimbursed to the employer for each participant.
