Managing Director

Henrietta Child is the founder and Managing Director of KneeDeep.

Henrietta has a background in project management in the

information technology sector. Companies she has provided consultancy

services to include Philips Industries, Kimberley Clarke Australia,

Codan Pty Ltd,SOLA Optical and Vision Systems Pty Ltd.

Henrietta is an experienced facilitator and trainer and with

over 10 years experience in developing and delivery of

training programs in leadership and project management.

She also provides leadership and project management

training services for the South Australian Department of

Trade and Economic Development fast growth clients.

She has also run a project management training program

successfully for over 10 years for the Workers Education

Association of SA.

She is an accredited Team Management Systems (TMS)

practitioner and has a wide variety of experience in team

development and facilitation. Henrietta’s contact with a

wide range of business has strengthened her belief that

equipping staff with skills and knowledge is more valuable

than continual short-term intervention in times of overload

and crises.
