Marguerite Kolar brings extensive experience from the information

technology and defence industries to KneeDeep.

Marguerite has a broad knowledge base of change management,

general management and project management.

Marguerite is also a lecturer at the University of South Australia,
lecturing in the MBA program on Managing Change and in the

doctoral program on Changes in Business and Organisational

Process.

She developed the Managing Change course material that is

currently being taught in both the on campus and on-line

delivery modes.

While at Motorola, Marguerite was involved in the delivery of

their Leadership Development Program. She was also responsible

for change management facilitation and implementation at both
the organisation and departmental levels, resulting in

modifications of the organisation's culture and structure.

Marguerite has extensive experience in the development

and delivery of training programs both nationally

and internationally.
