Yohan De Silva

Yohan migrated to Australia after working for several years

in the Human Resource Development arm of the leading bank

in Sri Lanka, Commercial Bank of Ceylon Limited in an

administrative role. He was a pioneering member of the team

which implemented a separate HRM Subsidiary for the bank

establishing partnerships with the Asian Institute of Technology,

Thailand, Institute of Banking & Finance, India and

the National University of Singapore.

His experience has enabled him to work in a multi-national

environment and in various organisational levels providing

event management, planning & scheduling and many other

project management and administrative activities.

Yohan has academic experience in project management in

Information Technology and Corporate Strategy.

Yohan has achieved a Bachelor of Computer and Information Science

at the University of South Australia, and will complete his Masters

in Information and Communications Technology Management this year.
