Yohan De Silva

Yohan migrated to Australia after working for several years in the Human

Resource Development arm of the leading bank in Sri Lanka, Commercial

Bank of Ceylon Limited.

He was a pioneering member of the team which implemented a separate

HRM Subsidiary for the bank establishing partnerships with the Asian

Institute of Technology, Thailand; Institute of Banking & Finance, India

and the National University of Singapore.

His experience has enabled him to work in a multi-national environment

and in various organisational levels providing event management,

planning & scheduling and many other project management activities.

Yohan has experience in project management

in Information Technology and Corporate

Strategy. He has achieved a Bachelor

of Computer and Information Science

and Master of Information and

Communications Technology

Management degrees at the University

of South Australia (UniSA)

Yohan is a Course Coordinator at UniSA

delivering Enterprise Resource Planning

and SAP courses. He also is the

Chairman of the YoungIT committee

of the Australian Computer Society (SA).
